Steelhead Fishing

The Steelhead fishing in Erie is some of the best in the United States! These amazing fish live in Lake Erie during the summer and come into the streams and creeks during the fall and winter months to spawn. Stream fishing for steelhead during the run is exciting and challenging because of the power that these fish have to make reels "scream" and anglers' eyes light up like a kid at Christmas. Fall and winter are the prime time for these fish that average 3 to 8 pounds and can weigh much larger.
